Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficiency. Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews to support the development of team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing expert advice and guidance. Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure the branch remains competitive in the local real estate market. Manage key client accounts and negotiate sales deals to completion. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, policies, and procedures. Valuations, organise and participate in property viewings, open houses, and client meetings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics Requirements, Education & Experience Previous experience in estate agency sales, with a track record of achieving targets. Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team. Strong knowledge of property sales processes, industry regulations, and local market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings and client meetings. A real estate qualification (NAEA) is desirable but not essential. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have proven estate agency sales experience and strong team leadership skills.
