Job summary We are looking for a Learning Support Worker to join our Learning & Development team at Northumbria Healthcare. The successful applicant will support the team with workforce development activity, supporting projects linked to non-mandatory training and education activity. Within the team, you will support the administration of the team, setting up courses, providing support and advice and reporting on training activity. There will be opportunities to be involved in planning and delivery of training. The successful applicant will also manage the teams email inbox as well as using various systems. Training will be provided if required. You will be confident, motivated, pro-active and committed with a can-do attitude.
