Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:20 pm
Daily Rate: £90 - £110, dependent on experience
Role:
We are collaborating with a reputable secondary school in Bromley that is seeking to appoint multiple Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants. These roles are integral to providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring personal care and one-to-one assistance for conditions such as ADHD.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised support to students with special educational needs, both on a one-to-one basis and within group settings.

Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.

Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Support students during transitions and routine activities, promoting independence and self-confidence.

Candidate:

Experience in supporting individuals with special educational needs, either within an educational setting or through personal, healthcare, or social care backgrounds.

Possession of an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one promptly.
