The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Talent Partner to join our team and play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our People function. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the 360 recruitment process while supporting the broader People team with essential day-to-day activities. You’ll also leverage AI tools and innovative technologies to ensure our People team operates as a highly efficient, lean function. Responsibilities
* Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for up to five live roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
* Onboarding: Ensure new hires have an exceptional onboarding experience, from contracts and setup to their first day and beyond.
* People Operations: Handle day-to-day admin tasks such as maintaining HR systems (e.g., HiBob), managing benefits enrolments, and responding to employee queries.
* Leveraging AI: Use AI tools to streamline processes (e.g., automating repetitive tasks, optimizing candidate sourcing, and generating content) to maintain a lean and efficient People function.
* Employee Experience: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and belonging, ensuring our culture stays strong as we grow.
* Process Management: Leverage tools like Teamtailor, HiBob, and AI-powered technologies to create and maintain efficient workflows.
* Project Support: Assist with key initiatives, including performance reviews, compensation processes, and policy updates.
About you
* 1 year experience in recruitment, with a track record of hiring top talent across a variety of roles and functions.
* You’re comfortable with day-to-day HR admin and operational tasks and know how to keep things running smoothly.
* An innovative mindset, with demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
* Excited to thrive in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience using HR and recruitment tools (e.g., HiBob, Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus!
