Suitably qualified Approved Electrician to carry out fixed wire testing and minor remedial works. Must be prepared to travel throughout the UK if required. Candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience post apprenticeship, in-depth knowledge of electrical test & inspection procedures, good computer literacy and ability to use testing & inspection software for completing reports. The candidate will also possess an in-depth knowledge of the current regulations BS7671:2018. A flexible approach to work is an essential requirement and out of hours working may on occasion be required to complete the work schedule. The main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: To have knowledge of inspection and testing procedures and certify works upon completion in accordance with relevant certification. To undertake minor remedial works and planned service works ensuring client expectations are met. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required: Valid ECS Grade Card CG 2391 or 2395-CG 2382-18 18th Edition JIB Grading recognised electrical apprenticeship - Approved Electrician SVQ Level 3 Full clean driving licence. Electrical testing experience Previous experience working within commercial projects/minor works/maintenance environment. Ability to use laptop & mobile tablet devices.
