Providing engaging teaching and learning for adult learners aged 19 to support them to achieve their individual learning aims and progress into employment or take the next steps in their chosen career path. Working with local partners and community groups to engage learners, including delivering within the Maths Multiply scheme. About You To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have Innovative Teaching Approach: Bring fresh ideas to the table, constantly exploring creative and effective teaching methods to engage and inspire our learners Learner-Centric Teaching Style: Put our learners at the heart of everything you do, tailoring your teaching to accommodate various learning styles and needs Empathetic Mentoring Skills: Understand the challenges adult learners face, and support them with empathy and patience every step of the way. Recent experience delivering a range of maths courses, from entry level to Level 2 Functional Skills, supporting learners in developing essential mathematical skills that are practical for everyday life and work.
