Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: Grade 6 £25,445 - £27,803 pa (pro rata to 37 hours per week / 39 working weeks / 45.05 paid weeks)

About the role:
Required to start as soon as possible from September 2024 onwards. You will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic office team working across our busy two-site primary school in Burton upon Trent.
Minimum Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective working with staff, parents/carers, pupils, and other professionals.
* Excellent numeracy skills.
* Extensive administrative experience including invoicing.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Good knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Publisher, and Excel. Knowledge of SIMS and MyFinance would be a bonus.
* Experience of Line Management and experience with inductions, appraisals, and mentoring.
* Understanding of health & safety procedures and regulations; experience carrying out risk assessments is desirable.
