Inside Sales Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at a CDMO with ambitious growth plans. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to transition from technical pharmaceutical settings to business development or expand their skills in inside sales and account management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, proposing new clients, and coordinating with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Direct client contact requires exceptional communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Proposal and Quote Development: Assist in creating proposals and quotes for new clients.
* Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions.
Requirements:
* Desirable Experience: Previous experience in commercial, business development, or inside sales roles within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry.
* Strong Understanding of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: A solid understanding of non-sterile product manufacturing and packaging processes.
* Outstanding Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
* Data Collation and Report Writing: Proficiency in collating data, writing reports, and performing administrative duties.
* Customer and Third-Party Contact Experience: Previous experience interacting with customers and/or third-party contacts.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with industries such as pharmaceuticals, packaging, nutraceuticals, food, healthcare, contract development, and customer service is highly valued.
