Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a freelance marketing and branding consultant, a strategic thinker and luxury specialist who can elevate Olivia’s presence through bold storytelling, brand clarity, and offline impact. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in brand strategy, communications and premium lifestyle marketing.
You’ll work closely with our leadership and creative teams to shape how Olivia’s shows up in the world through partnerships, campaigns and brand moments that make a lasting impression.
Your Role as a Consultant:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and articulate Olivia’s brand positioning, messaging and visual identity.
* Develop a strategic roadmap for organic and offline brand growth, rooted in insight and cultural relevance.
* Identify and advise on partnerships with like-minded luxury brands, influencers, and media outlets that align with our audience and aesthetic.
* Craft or guide the development of big-picture brand campaigns, storytelling frameworks, and content themes.
* Shape and support PR and communications strategies, including messaging, narratives, and media outreach.
* Provide creative direction on brand assets and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Olivia’s luxury identity.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and positioning advantages.
* Advise on budget planning for brand initiatives and recommend high-impact, cost-effective offline activations.
What You’ll Bring to Olivia’s:
* 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications, ideally within the luxury or lifestyle space.
* A sharp understanding of premium customer expectations and the nuances of luxury branding.
* Proven success in building and evolving brands through non-paid, organic channels.
* Strong strategic, conceptual, and storytelling skills, with an eye for design and detail.
* Confidence in leading conversations with stakeholders and inspiring creative teams.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset; you see opportunity and know how to bring it to life.
* Experience working as a freelancer or consultant, with the ability to plug into teams seamlessly.
