Role overview
An enthusiastic, detail-oriented and self-motivated Digital and Social Media Executive is sought to help our busy Global Communications team based in London. You will be joining one of the key business functions in the firm, working in a close-knit and supportive team which includes the full spectrum of communications expertise.
Key activities/responsibilities
* Manage and drive our social media presence by crafting and posting dynamic content across all corporate accounts.
* Utilise advanced social media management tools and native posting techniques to captivate our audience and amplify our brand.
* Champion the firm’s employee advocacy programme by leveraging cutting-edge social media management tools to inspire and empower our team, amplifying their voices and extending our brand’s reach.
* Develop strong relationships with the Business Development and legal teams to obtain required content for posting. Ensure timely, relevant material is captured that enhances our social media presence.
* Coordinate posts with the Communications Assistant in London, the Marketing & Communications Executive in Singapore and the PR & Communications Manager in Germany. Collaborate effectively to ensure cohesive and impactful global social media initiatives.
* Stay ahead of social media trends to identify new projects and enhance training materials.
* Organise and oversee the social media schedule and calendar on Teams. Ensure timely and coordinated content delivery to maximise engagement and impact.
* Provide regular social media analytics including creating dashboards and presentations.
* Regularly review social media training, guidance and process documents.
* Support the roll out of LinkedIn training sessions and presentations across the firm’s key areas.
* Assist with and coordinate social media campaigns for projects.
* Implement the objectives of the firm’s social media strategy, providing valuable insights and innovative ideas to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.
* Draft the digital section for all editions of the firm’s bi-weekly newsletter.
* Support senior digital team on ad hoc projects and campaigns.
* Assist with video and podcast editing and hosting (YouTube and Buzzsprout).
Skills and experience – essential

* Outstanding written and oral communication.

Required technical skills
* Good understanding of social media platforms for B2B (particularly LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
* Experience of content management systems (preferably WordPress).
* IT literate (particularly in Microsoft Office applications).
Skills and experience – desired
* Copywriting experience.
* Previous experience in a B2B digital, marketing or communications role, ideally within professional services.
* Basic Photoshop and video editing skills.
* Experience of working with social media management platforms.
* Experience of writing creative online communications (social media and web).
* Experience of working on projects and project management.
* Understanding of how digital communications contribute to the firm strategy.
* Experience using AI such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
