Admin Team Leader
We're seeking an Admin Team Leader to join our busy and established team based in our contact centre in Dunstable .
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who will play a crucial role in leading the admin team ensuring efficient operations within the department. Your primary responsibilities will include, effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities to administrative staff based on their skills and workload, generate insightful data and various reports and help to identify team training and development needs.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
1. Management of the admin team including delegation & overall responsibility of team workload
2. Assist the Operations Manager in identifying team training and development needs
3. Co-ordination of facilities management including liaising with contractors and the Group internal premises department
4. Act as a ‘first point of contact’ in responding to enquiries from Connells Group staff
5. Ensure professional customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
6. Liaising with branch network to determine outcomes of all market appraisals booked
7. Producing league tables, KPIs and other reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
8. Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your targets
9. Ensure department objectives are met / exceeded
10. Ensure all enquiries are responded to within the company service level agreements
11. Understand and comply with all company and department policies
12. Undertake other duties as required

Required skills, knowledge and experience:
19. At least 2 years’ experience within a senior administration role
20. Be able to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure
21. Understand the important service level agreements
22. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
23. You will need to be IT literate with good knowledge of, and the ability to effectively and computerised systems such as Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
24. Adopt a flexible working approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
25. To be able to confidently manage and assist team members when necessary
