A New Accounts Representative must be knowledgeable with business formation documents and requirements. This person will efficiently perform the necessary due diligence to reduce risk and open accounts for the sales team in a timely manner. In addition, must be knowledgeable in all new accounts regulations, all of the Banks services and products, and basic BSA knowledge.
Responsibilities:
1. Opens new accounts and assists both internal and external customers with account questions as needed.
2. Reviews complex business documentation prior to account opening.
3. Research out of state established entities for business filing requirements.
4. Assists with training for entry level New Account Representatives.
5. Quotes rates, terms and fees on all consumer products and services and provides product disclosures to clients as required.
6. Interacts and communicates with corresponding departments on maturing accounts, new account follow-ups and other prospecting opportunities as needed.
