Who are we
We’re looking for a confident and proactive Customer Services Administrator to join our busy team at Go-Ahead London’s Head Office in Merton.
In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of customer communication—handling feedback from the public and Transport for London, supporting internal teams, and helping us deliver excellent service across the network.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing incoming enquiries and complaints via phone, email, letter.
* Logging and forwarding feedback from TfL to the relevant garage or department
* Responding professionally to public queries in line with company policies
* Keeping accurate records and maintaining a logical archive of communications
* Supporting staff with travel applications and assisting the wider Customer Services team when needed
* Experience with CRM Software would be preferable
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
* A friendly, confident communicator—both written and verbal
* Someone methodical, organised, and able to work to deadlines
* A real team player who’s also comfortable working independently
* Good IT skills and attention to detail
* Experience in customer service or administration (desirable but not essential)
