Candidate Requirements
* Experience in guiding and developing a team in a busy, service-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire
* Resilience and strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to understand and analyse commercial data
* Willingness to support the team in store activities
