The role of an Autism Support Professional at Outcomes First Group is to provide specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 3.5 and 19. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an SEN environment, with a focus on supporting pupils with Autism and complex needs.

Key responsibilities include preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and taking responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of pupils. You will also be expected to develop relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, and contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You should also be adaptable, responsive, and caring, with a commitment to providing high-quality support to pupils with Autism.
