Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Internal Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. The ISR will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth. This individual will primarily focus on managing inbound and outbound sales activities, providing excellent customer support, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Handle inbound sales inquiries through calls, emails, and other channels, providing potential customers with product information and pricing. Proactively make outbound calls to leads and prospects, introducing the company’s products and services and qualifying potential customers. Assist in identifying new sales opportunities by researching potential customers and industries. Book appointments on a weekly basis for the BDM Lead Management & Conversion: Maintain an active pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to convert leads into sales. Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified leads for further development or closing. Assist in closing smaller deals or direct sales with a focus on maximizing revenue. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities. Product & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on the company’s product offerings, pricing structures, and promotions to confidently answer customer questions. Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends and competitors to provide potential customers with relevant insights. Sales Support: Work closely with Business Development Manager to provide administrative support where needed and work in conjunction with them to hit sales targets. Assist in the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and presentations. Provide feedback from customers and prospects to help improve products, services, and sales strategies. Reporting: Regularly update sales activity, lead progress, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as required by the Sales Manager. Key Qualifications & Experience : Proven experience in a sales, telemarketing, or customer service role, ideally within a B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in ERP & CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the Hospitality Industry Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
