£23,000-27,000 per annum dependent on experience
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a legal services firm based in Burton Upon Trent. They are extremely busy and need to grow their team with a legal secretary, ideally with Residential Conveyancing experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities for the Legal Secretary role include (but are not limited to):
* Audio typing and document processing
* Diary management for fee earners
* Receiving phone calls from clients
* File openings
* General admin support for the department
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will:
* Ideally have around 3 years experience within a legal secretary position
* Possess clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
* Show initiative and be self-motivated
* Have high attention to detail
* Be experienced in audio and copy typing
