**Job Overview:**
This senior marine engineer role involves leading projects, supervising engineers and technicians, and client interaction. You will interface between disciplines, co-ordinate tender submissions and seek new business opportunities. The role includes structural designs, specifications, reinforced concrete detailing packages, and occasional site visits.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Designing marine structures, retaining walls and foundation systems.
* Supervising junior staff, leading projects and delivering results.
* Preparing design reports, specifications and technical documents.
* Reviewing structural analyses, reinforced concrete detailing and material specifications.
* Inspecting sites and ensuring compliance with regulations.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
10+ years of experience as a marine/structural engineer, with a strong background in civil engineering. Chartered status with a recognised institute and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in software such as WALLAP, FREW and Plaxis 2D/3D, and experience with MIDAS Masterseries.
