Marketing Strategy and Brand Development
Support the implementation of the global marketing strategy, guidelines, and tools for the brand within the assigned entity by proactively proposing options. Actively contribute to developing innovative ways to enhance the brand's image and awareness in the territory. Ensure optimal brand presentation in the market with excellence in execution.
Responsibilities
1. Media Strategy and Budget
1. Assist in developing and implementing the media and PR strategy, including planning and tracking the budget within the entity.
2. Support negotiations for insertions, visual selections, and creative approvals in collaboration with agencies and media owners, especially during product launches and sales campaigns.
3. Assist in reviewing media plans, delivering strategies, assessing rates, and selecting publication and placement opportunities for cooperative activities.
4. Develop meaningful relationships and identify key placement opportunities.
2. Brand Awareness
1. Support the development of creative initiatives to raise the brand's image and awareness in the territory.
2. Build relationships with key partners, strategic organizations, and opinion leaders in the territory.
3. Coordinate with the global PR team to manage local press relations and achieve market goals.
3. Agency Supervision and Compliance
1. Supervise agencies involved in marketing activities.
2. Liaise with headquarters to ensure compliance with the marketing plan deployment.
4. Budget Management and Reporting
5. Maintain proper budget management and reporting practices.
6. Additional Skills
7. Demonstrate initiative, collaboration, and effective communication.
8. Possess in-depth knowledge of the local media and press landscape.
