Our client, a leading organisation in the pensions administration industry, is seeking an Administration Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Holbeck, Leeds. As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the Pensions Administration Services Coordinator and assisting the Pensions Administration teams in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of TPR Scheme Returns data process
* Administer the PON's process and Death Discretions process
* Maintain records, files, and archive systems
* Provide secretarial support to the teams
* Coordinate and produce departmental letters, reports, and updates
* Service meetings and handle travel and accommodation arrangements
* Assist with general administration for the Pensions Administration teams
* Coordinate bulk mailings production and ensure timely despatch
* Be the main point of contact for mailing houses
* Assist with file archiving and scanning/indexing process
