Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and handling enquiries professionally. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required. Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organised and tidy. Assist with the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and client communications. About You: Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
