Our successful Telford client has a part-time Payroll Coordinator vacancy. You will be working within a small professional, friendly, busy HR team. You will provide support to all managers and employees with regards to payroll related queries.
Duties:
1. Maintain and update time and attendance system to be able to produce weekly/monthly reports for monitoring sickness, absence and overtime.
2. Administration of the clocking system, clearing anomalies daily.
3. Updating holiday entitlement for new starters.
4. Update holiday calendar with yearly Bank Holiday dates and shutdowns along with changing activity years to calculate long service.
5. HR and payroll filing.
6. Process the monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
7. Calculate payments and deductions and administer pay related benefits, salary sacrifice schemes.
8. Pensions administration (auto enrolment, postponement, opt out) also to administer other pension schemes that are in place.
9. Ensure Apprenticeship Levy records are up to date and Finance Gateway monies are collected.
10. Sending electronic payslips to employees.
11. Manage all queries with regards to employees pay.
