Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Regional Support Manager to lead our growing portfolio of luxury nursing homes in Devon.
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + comprehensive benefits package
Key Responsibilities
* Foster high-quality clinical practices across our portfolio by offering expert guidance and promoting innovative approaches to service delivery.
* Ensure consistent delivery of top-tier, personalised care and planning that meets residents' unique needs.
* Collaborate with Home Managers of underperforming services to design and implement action plans achieving quality and compliance goals.
* Provide guidance on policies and regulatory standards, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.
* Work with Home Managers to develop and execute Service Improvement Plans, driving ongoing quality improvement.
Requirements
* Must be a qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
* At least 3 years experience as a Home Manager, demonstrating effective leadership in well-performing homes.
* A track record of delivering high-quality care, evidenced by positive CQC inspections.
* Strong abilities in leading and mentoring teams to reach their full potential.
* In-depth understanding of care home regulations and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
