As our business looks todeliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for an exceptionalindividual to join Croda’s R&D Data Science & Knowledge Management teamin the capacity of a Business Change Manager playing a key role in supportingthe delivery of a variety of high priority business change programmes andprojects.
You will be responsible forsupporting business change programmes, ensuring change acceptance to supportbenefits realisation.

2. Ability to influence and effectively work and lead cross-functional, international teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Have passion, enthusiasm, optimistic working attitude, good global team spirit, and be self-motivated.
4. Have a degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science subject or/and a relevant formal change management qualification
5. Experience in managing Business change within a diverse project and programme environment.
6. Willing and able to undertake occasional travel as required.
7. Experience in project management (desirable but not essential)
8. Project Management Qualification (desirable but not essential)
9. Experience of Electronic Knowledge Management systems (desirable but not essential)
10. Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or APMG Change Management Practitioner (desirable but not essential)
What You’ll Be Doing:

11. Develop and Implement Change Strategies: Create and deliver business change strategies within specific process areas to prepare the business for project and programme impacts.
12. Support Benefits Realisation: Assist projects and programmes with benefits realisation activities, including creating plans, reviewing new capabilities adoption, and supporting handovers to ensure benefits are managed post-closure.
13. Project transition Planning: Plan, prepare, and support the execution and transition of capabilities from projects to business as usual.
14. Project Viability Assessment: Identify when projects are no longer viable or will not deliver expected benefits, and support project closure or stopping.
15. Post-Project Reviews: Conduct post-project handover, change adoption, and benefits realisation reviews, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
16. Stakeholder Management: Actively manage project stakeholders, influence change, and create and manage a change communications strategy. Ensure training needs are identified and a delivery plan is in place.
17. Training and Mentoring: Develop and deliver Change Management and Continuous Improvement training, and coach and mentor stakeholders across the business.
18. Mentor Project Leads: Prepare business Project Leads or external Project Managers to deliver tasks identified through change analysis and ensure Change Cases are on track.
19. Collaborate with Business Change Managers: Work within a network of Business Change Managers to develop and use shared policies, procedures, tools, and frameworks, promoting consistent ways of working across the organisation.
