Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant - Bramhall
Pay: £419.25 - £500 per week

Are you a recent Humanities graduate with a passion for education? Are you looking to gain school-based experience before embarking on a career in teaching or educational support?
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well-regarded, Ofsted-rated 'Good' secondary school in Bramhall to recruit a dedicated Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates in History, Geography, Religious Studies, Politics, or related disciplines to bring their academic knowledge into the classroom and support students' learning and development.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils in KS3 and KS4 across the Humanities curriculum
* Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons
* Providing targeted one-to-one and small group support to boost academic progress
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habits
* Working with students of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs
* Supporting extra-curricular activities and educational enrichment
Requirements:
* Degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, RE, etc.)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for working with young people and supporting education
* Adaptable, proactive and enthusiastic about school life
* Previous experience working with students (voluntary or paid) is desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
