What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a qualified and experienced teacher to join a growing school with three classes, bringing your subject expertise and passion for alternative education. Qualifications & Experience: QTS/QTLS qualification is essential. Experience working with SEMH students and/or SEN, particularly in a secondary school environment. Understanding of alternative provision and the challenges faced by students with special needs. Skills & Attributes: Ability to engage and inspire learners, bringing creativity to lessons. Strong communication skills to build relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders. Passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives, supporting their ambitions and emotional well-being. Problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach to overcoming challenges. Effective time management for planning, teaching, and assessment. Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, and British values.
