12ab Lead Traffic Management Operative (LTMO)/Foreman
Location: Stafford, ST16 1UF
Hours: General hours of work are 48 per week and is night time working.
Salary: From £166.82 per shift depending on location, skills and experience plus daily bonus, benefits and overtime opportunity.

Who is Chevron Traffic Management?
Chevron Traffic Management is the company that sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversion routes or pedestrian walkways to keep road workers and road users safe while roadworks are underway. This involves putting out road cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible all over the country.
About the role of a 12ab LTMO/Foreman:

Responsibilities of a 12ab LTMO/Foreman:
* Supporting effective planning, programming and delivery of works
* Undertaking risk assessments and method statements
* Identifying and reporting on areas of improvement
* Ensuring work is carried out according to safe working methods and best practice procedures
* Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment
* Undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses
* Helping and guiding new trainees
What good looks like for a 12ab LTMO/Foreman:
* 12AB LTMO qualification
* 12A Foreman qualification is advantageous
* Knowledge of Chapter 8
* Full driving licence, with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have been expired for at least 5 years
* Able to pass a drug and alcohol test; your offer will depend on the outcome of this
* Positive “can-do” attitude
