Position Overview As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple small workstreams and projects, ensuring their successful delivery. This position requires a proactive individual who can grasp things quickly, define and manage plans, coordinate stakeholders, and effectively handle change and readiness challenges. Your expertise in traditional project management methodologies, such as Prince2, will be essential in establishing strong foundations, with the flexibility to evolve into agile practices as the organisation matures. Responsibilities Manage multiple small workstreams and projects, quickly grasping and adapting to changing needs Define and manage project plans, engaging stakeholders to execute plans effectively Coordinate stakeholders unfamiliar with projects, guiding them through governance and delivery processes Carry out change impact assessments and business readiness plans as part of managing change across projects. Report to the PMO, supporting the establishment of a robust project management framework Proactively identify and address pain points, ensuring smooth project execution Demonstrate initiative and curiosity, quickly learning about the fleet industry to drive success Requirements Core project management skills with a disciplined yet flexible approach Proven ability to bring stakeholders together and establish organised governance processes Experience of conducting change impact and business readiness assessment Managing plans to address gaps and communicating progress to key stakeholders.
