Due to impending maternity leave in our Credit Account Management team, we have a vacancy for a Dispute Management Administrator to join us for an 8-month fixed term contract .
Our Credit Account Management team at Marshalls Group consists of 18 dedicated professionals who handle all aspects of Dispute Management and Credit Control.
We work closely with stakeholders from various teams, resolving customer issues swiftly and efficiently. We are committed to reaching our targets and continuously improving our processes.
So, what’s the role?
The Dispute Management Administrator role is vital in managing all invoice queries with an exceptional level of customer service. Marshalls issue over 420,000 invoices a year, and receive high query volumes that require investigation and reach a satisfactory conclusion.
Using your positive and engaging manner, you’ll be building great relationships, both internally and externally, resolving issues with a constructive approach. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll need to keep accurate and detailed records. In addition, you’ll have the responsibility of ensuring our valued customers have the information needed to resolve any disputes quickly.
This is a key role that supports the cash flow of the business, and if you love problem solving and getting resolutions, then this is a great match!
What skills are required?
* Previous experience in a similar credit or finance-based role
* Strong administration background
* The ability to work in an organised manner, prioritising as required
* You need to love dealing with people at all levels
* Enjoy working towards personal and shared objectives
* You need an inquisitive nature, a love of problem solving and questioning the norm
* A strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of AX Dynamics or similar (desirable)
