KRS Associates are a leading recruitment provider within the Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry, with focus on placing strategy and management consultants into consultancy businesses across the globe.
At just 3 years old, we are already a business of 17+ employees and control a lucrative section of the strategy consulting market across the US and Europe. We recruit in a number of disciplines within life science consulting, giving us a strong foundation of clear organic growth.
Due to exciting growth plans we are hiring for a motivated and goal driven Associate Consultant to sit within our Commercial Strategy or Market Access division, who will play a key role in talent sourcing, screening and placement activities.
What will you be doing?
1. You will be assisting our Client Partners with candidate sourcing through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. You will be conducting initial phone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability, qualifications, skills, and interest in potential job opportunities.
3. Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
4. You will become an expert in sourcing high-quality candidates within the life science strategy consulting market.
5. You will be maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our CRM system.

What we're looking for in you:
1. 1-2 years’ experience within a 360 or 180 recruitment role or sales experience.
2. Resilient individual.

4. Goal and target driven.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

Pay: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
