We are currently recruiting for a Junior Key Account Operations Coordinator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Basildon, Essex. Responsibilities: Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development in order to successfully deliver sea freight operations for the customer account. Verifying all documentation, such as invoices, packing lists and Dangerous Goods Notes are accurate and complete Identify and inform relevant parties are notified of any discrepancies within the documentation or cargo Ensure cargo is received in good orders, and meets standards and regulations within the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Keep up-to-date and accurate records of all logistics and job activities, including current discrepancies and progress Generate reports required to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Accurately enter the job information into the company system upon receipt of orders You will need: Proficient with Microsoft packages especially Excel as well as have general PC knowledge Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload with attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team General understanding of logistics processes and procedures (desirable) Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written. Be able to organise and multi-task. Good time management skills. UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
