As a Support Worker, you will be an essential member of our team with a friendly, calm and compassionate approach. You will provide support and enable our clients to fulfil their ambitions and potential. Together we will ensure we make a positive difference in our client’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide support to clients with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities
2. Work flexibly on a rota including some weekends and evenings
3. Work alongside our clients assisting with budgeting monies and assist with household bills
4. Administration of prescribed Medication
5. In some cases, assist with meal preparation
6. Assist with all daily living tasks
7. Access activities within the Local Community
8. Provide a Person Centred approach following detailed Care Plans
9. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
