Contract Type: Full Time, 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for new and existing customers, dealing with all enquiries, and providing professional advice in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for providing new customers with a comprehensive introduction to the company, including terms and conditions of services.
* Respond promptly to all customer enquiries within agreed time frames ensuring you maintain an exceptional standard of customer care.
* Effectively communicate with all customers on fragrance sample briefs, sample ETA's and lead times, ensuring any issues that may arise are resolved promptly.
* Encourage customer feedback on samples provided, identifying any areas for improvement, and making the recommendations known to your team leader.
* Be responsible for completing, maintaining, and communicating a wide range of technical documents, always ensuring attention to detail.
* Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships, always adopting a customer-focused approach.
* Accurately record, store, input, and update information into the relevant system and ensure all records and systems are up to date.
