Customer Service Administrator Our Client is fast growing multi-award winning Group of businesses providing Debit/Credit Card Processing Facilities to small businesses, retailers and charities. They are looking for energetic and motivated graduates to join our small but friendly customer services team based in Northampton. Responsibilities of the role include: Answer account holder query calls, provide basic technical support to our account holders, respond to email queries using Freshdesk ticketing system, processing account holder applications, provide sales advice to new account applicants, provide advice to existing account holders, raise credit and debit invoices and make adjustments to accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management, IT and Sales Teams to deliver and maintain a high level of customer service to our account holders, prospect businesses and general public. Key skills required: The candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, be IT literate and have a good attention to detail. They should be highly organised, coupled with the ability to prioritise effectively. They need team players who are personable and able to operate at all levels. Training in the cards industry will be provided. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent at the Office in Moulton Park NN3 Salary: up to £25,000.00 to £26,000.00 per year
