We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who would like to expand their experiences of working within Children and Young People's mental health service. This post will offer opportunities to experience a range of therapeutic interventions as well as learning the vital role of case management in a supportive and friendly environment. This post will be include both office and community based work., To offer support and therapeutic interventions Children and Young People who are accessing the service, working under the direct supervision of a case manager or clinical co-ordinators.
Devise and implement person centred care therapeutic intervention and promote recovery to meet the needs of the Children and Young People accessing the service.
Attend relevant meetings - supporting the Young Person where necessary / appropriate.
Discuss with other agencies (with agreement from the Young Person) the care package & identify the pathway of support required.
It is essential that applicants already have experience of working with children & young people and/or in a community based mental health provision.
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
