Your mission as a Maintenance Engineer • Carry out planned maintenance to keep production running smoothly. • Respond to breakdowns and get machines back up and running quickly. • Identify and implement improvements to enhance machine reliability. • Install and commission new machinery as the business continues to grow. • Work with the engineering team to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. • Fault-find and repair electrical and mechanical issues across the site. • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with regulations. • Bring new ideas to the table to help future-proof the plant.
