Project Manager – Suffolk LMC and GP Federation Member Services
An exciting opportunity has come about for a project manager to support member GP practices to implement projects and initiatives. Many of these will be digital and IM&T related and the project manager will make them aware of the opportunities and support them with implementation.
Main duties of the job
* To establish relationships and work closely with PCN managers, practice managers and digital transformation leads.
* To identify common pressures and issues which can be addressed by working at scale and/or digital solutions. These are likely to range from training to more complex challenges such as AI, automation and back-office support (note this is not a technical role).
* To manage several projects which support member practices. These will range from the straightforward to complex but all will need agreed time frames and budgets.
* To ensure delivery of projects is maintained especially at times of pressure on general practice.
* To be the first point of contact for the delivery of projects and ensure effective communication throughout.
