Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Architect Location: On-site (minimum three days per week) Contract Type: Full-time Salary: £120,000 (11% Benefit Fund £7,500 Car Allowance 18-36% Bonus LTI Shares 10% Introduction to the Role As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be the Product Owner for ServiceNow platform interfaces and integrations, including Virtual Agents, Portals, and Mobile Apps. This is a forward-thinking role focused on defining our integration strategy, driving DevOps standards, and leading Our Clients' technical success through consultative leadership, business strategy, and governance. Key Responsibilities Your role will be diverse and impactful, with accountabilities including: Solution Design & Architecture: Take ownership of solution design and provide architectural mentorship for ServiceNow engagements. Drive enterprise transformation by designing ServiceNow solutions aligned with Our Client's transformation goals. Governance & Compliance: Establish governance processes and policies for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with internal standards, security requirements, and industry best practices. Technical Oversight: Manage technical debt and develop strategies to eliminate it, supported by a strong relationship with ServiceNow. Data Management & Integration: Develop integration strategies using Integration Hub, supervise data models, and enhance data management practices. Use ETL processes to support data integration. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand complex data and business requirements, identify gaps, and propose ServiceNow-based solutions that enhance efficiency and agility. Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a dynamic DevOps team, ensuring best practices are followed while fostering an innovative, collaborative environment. Essential Skills & Experience We’re looking for a candidate with: Technology Transformation Experience: Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation projects. ServiceNow Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially in data modeling, configuration, and integrations. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable. Data Management Proficiency: Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, governance practices, and relational database concepts. Technical Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex data requirements and business processes, identify gaps, and provide solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Infrastructure Knowledge: Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and its integration with ServiceNow. Agile & Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile development (Scrum), architectural frameworks like TOGAF 9 and IT4IT, and ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher). Relevant Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (in relevant product areas). Desirable Skills & Experience While not essential, previous experience in a similar role and additional certifications or expertise with ServiceNow would be advantageous. Why Our Client?
