You will be working on one of their most prestigious retail framework accounts, undertaking a full range of construction projects, largely fit out and refurbishment, ranging from £50,000 - multi-million pound works. You will be working on fast paced / fast turnaround projects Office based in the main, out seeing clients roughly once a week. Job Objectives: You will assist with: Establishing friendly, professional relationships with clients and be an extension of their team Subcontractor tendering and reviewing costs. Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget. Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow and ensuring that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner. Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
