Business Continuity, Resilience, and Crisis Response Senior Analyst To work within Man Group’s Operational Risk and Resilience team to support the implementation and ongoing management of the firm’s Business Continuity and Resilience (BCR) framework with a specific focus on; Monitoring adherence to Resilience guidelines set by regional regulatory bodies. Co-ordination and assisting delivery of assurance activities such as scenario testing and training. Be an integral member of the Crisis Response Team, communicating with Crisis Management Team members and supporting business recovery efforts. This role is wide reaching across Man Group and is key to ensuring operational preparedness and regulatory compliance while maintaining best practices in Business Continuity and Resilience. This is an excellent opportunity to build Business Continuity and Resilience skills within one of the world’s leading alternative investment management firms and offers exposure to all areas of the business, including senior stakeholders. Business Continuity and Resilience Frameworks: Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of the Business Continuity and Resilience (BCR) framework across the firm. Conduct Operational Resilience scenario testing, including desktop exercises. Provide recommendations for enhancing operational resilience through scenario findings. Engage with business units to identify, test, and address vulnerabilities in recovery solutions and resilience. Facilitate reviews and updates of Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). Crisis Management and Incident Response: Coordinate responses during crisis situations, facilitating communication, action tracking, and post-event reviews. Support the review and assessment of incident identification and response protocols. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to business divisions on BCR matters, offering guidance, and delivering training on tools and strategies to assist in building a culture of resiliency. Prepare regular reporting, management information and presentations to Boards, committees, and key stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global regulations and best practices in business continuity and operational and digital resilience. Assist with embedding regulatory requirements into the Business Continuity and Resilience programme. Project and Tool Implementation: Support enhancements in the design and effectiveness of the firm’s governance, risk and compliance system. Manage ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to Business Continuity, Resilience and Crisis Management. Technical Competencies Technical Competencies: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. Able to assess complex crisis scenarios and make balanced decisions swiftly. Thrives under pressure, demonstrating calm and effective response during critical incidents. Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels across the business. Aptitude to break down complex issues into tasks and deal with them in a logical manner. Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
