The Complaints Administrator Role:
In this vital role, you will:
* Work with a shared mailbox to collect data from correspondence adding info to our system and sharing detail to the correct handlers.
* Log incoming complaints across various categories.
* Provide administrative support to complaint handlers, including some phone-based support for queries and new complaints.
* Assist in ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory policies.
* Collaborate with other departments to handle additional requests, such as warranty support.
Complaints Administrator Essential Skills:
1. At least 12 months of administrative experience
