HR Systems Admin Assistant
Vanrath is recruiting an HR Systems Admin Assistant to join a dynamic team providing essential support in maintaining HR systems and data integrity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide admin support for HR systems, including report generation and invoicing.
* Administer and maintain HRIS and Time Management Systems.
* Assist with training, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and support Freedom of Information requests.
Essential Criteria:
* 2 years' HR Admin experience, including data processing and reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HR systems.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Full driving license or access to suitable transport.
