Job Title: Project Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)
Location: Reading
Our client, a leading technology company, is looking for a Mandarin speaker who is proficient in Excel and project management to join a wider team based in Reading.
What You Will Do:
You will work for the UK Enterprise Team and support the business E2E from pre-sales to post-sales. You will be responsible for organizing/recording opportunities, orders, revenues, and invoices trackers to ensure all deliveries are landed successfully. You will:
1. Work with Channels and Distributors for sales and delivery.
2. Collaborate with various internal functional teams and systems on applications, e-flow approvals, and self-auditing.
3. Handle a lot of data, requiring mastery in Microsoft Excel.
This job is a great opportunity for understanding how a business runs from end to end.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Sales Tracker data update and maintenance.
2. Assist in quotation preparation.
3. Assist in channel partners management.
4. Assist in delivery and invoices management.
5. Assist in contract change management.
6. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
7. Conduct ad hoc documentation work.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Essential).
2. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (Preferred, not a must).
3. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Project Management.
4. Positive attitude to work in a high-pressure project environment.
5. Professional English and Chinese language skills.
