Are you a recently qualified solicitor with a passion for real estate law? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual (NQ-2 years PQE) to join a dynamic legal team focused on Real Estate Dispute Resolution.
About the Role: As part of our client's team, you will handle a variety of property disputes, including residential and commercial lease disagreements, land purchase/sale conflicts, and encumbrances. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on real estate dispute resolution matters
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents
* Managing case files and time recording to meet performance standards
* Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives
