The Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced, credible, and visionary General Practitioner (GP) to a senior leadership role to work both within the organisation and across the health community. The Associate Medical Director for Primary Care (AMD-PC), as a senior clinical leader, will be responsible for identifying, mobilising, and delivering long term and sustainable change across the primary, community and secondary care interfaces. They will support the building of a clinical community with a focus on improving patient outcomes, driving improvement, and making the most effective use of resources by acting as the main liaison between clinicians and services in acute and primary care.
