We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our Operational Execution, Supply Chain & Logistics team at our distribution centre. Your challenge? To lead and manage our warehouse teams’ daily activities, including resource allocation, capability and utilisation. We’ll rely on you to deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation. Managing and maintaining external relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including our stores, will be key, as will identifying efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities.
To succeed, you need a good understanding of the relevant legislation, policy and processes relating to people management, safety, health and environment, and the ability to apply them. A track record of acting as a role model and inspiring a large team to deliver results is essential, as is an appreciation of the importance of building mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders. You should be confident making decisions in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and be great at identifying opportunities for process improvement.
