RAC have an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Retention Executive to work in the B2C Consumer Roadside division. You will own and drive key commercial retention initiatives and support the delivery of the overall RAC breakdown retention strategy.
Working in Propositions as part of the wider Membership and Retention team, you’ll provide end-to-end communications that are delivered to our 2.2 million RAC members.
Using member insight and channel information to understand different customer needs, you’ll identify opportunities to improve existing customer journeys, programmes and propositions that will help drive loyalty and customer retention.
What You’ll Do…
1. Create actionable improvement in churn & member value across all leavers
2. Produce Comms briefs and document customer journeys to support in the development of new propositions and communications for existing customers that will help drive future customer loyalty
3. Work closely with our channel management to ensure we are implementing improvements in the key customer touchpoints such as breakdown roadside experience, membership call centre and digital self- service to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations and deliver on the commercial targets
4. Support on initiatives such as our member reward scheme and prize draws to drive customer satisfaction
5. Gain customer insights to help shape our overall retention strategy by organising call listening, market research and undertaking competitor research
6. Review the performance of existing campaigns with Insight team to identify improvements to optimise on-going performance
7. Report on and share data insights for key KPIS such as online renewal rates and reward redemptions
8. Develop business cases and ROI metrics to support all activity
9. Manage compliance led activity to ensure best possible outcomes for our members
What You’ll Need…
You’ll have experience within consumer marketing, ideally within the financial services or retail sector, as well as;
10. Creative and analytical mindset leading you to understand commercial KPI’s.
11. A track record of delivering results and the tenacity and drive to make things happen.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel
13. Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
14. The ability to build trust with both stakeholders and your peer group
15. Experience of cross functional working.
