Our leading client within the Financial Services industry currently require an experienced office administrator to join their team. This role involves: First point of contact in the office, dealing with the customer enquiries and answering all calls All administrative duties to include dealing with Solicitors and processing all residential and commercial sales and lettings paperwork. Deal with all rental paperwork Contracts, Tenants Deposit Scheme etc Assist with the arrangements in the maintenance for properties Creating adverts online on Propertypal, Website, Property News and Facebook. Inputting all new data onto internal system and updating all new records using different Microsoft office devices to include Office and Excel Assist the Financial Services team with admin support processing applications for finance and insurance Updating client and customer information within the internal database Essential Criteria: Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths & English 1 years administration experience Excellent Customer Service skills and telephone manner Able to work on own initiative Experience of Microsoft Office Word & Excel Benefits: Paid Holidays Pension Fund Parking
