Front of House Security Officer – Customer Service Focused
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Front of House (FOH) Security role. If you have strong customer service and reception experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment.
2. Ensuring a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all visitors and staff.
3. Switchboard Operation: Handle a busy switchboard by answering and transferring calls to the appropriate departments promptly.
4. Building Security: Perform closing and locking procedures for the building, ensuring all security measures are followed, including setting and unsetting the intruder alarm.
5. Access Control: Check and verify passes for staff and visitors, managing access and egress to ensure a secure environment while maintaining a smooth flow of people.
6. Visitor and Staff Assistance: Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional, friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and providing a welcoming first impression.
7. Reception Tasks: Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and coordinate deliveries and appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area organized and ensure it reflects a positive image of the company, while staying alert for any security concerns.

Requirements:
* SIA Licence: Desirable but not essential.
