About Booktime: Booktime is a free children's reading app. We provide highly illustrated books for children aged 12 and under for free to give every child the joy of reading. We would like to work with a Fundraising Prospect Researcher who will help shape and drive our fundraising function. This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned international charitable publisher and make a major impact in raising money to expand the reach of Booktime. Responsibilities Include: Researching and identifying prospective donors Monitor current fundraising trends Wealth screening prospective donors Desk-based research and data analysis Work with CRM systems Identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate actions Keep colleagues across different teams up to date with progress Qualifications & Work Experience Record of identifying donors and raising money, including new business Experience working in the charity sector Behavioural Competencies Quality-oriented while meeting deadlines Excellent communication skills Strong creative and critical thinking skills Attention to detail Flexibility and willingness to learn Self-motivated and able to work autonomously About You: You will be a highly capable communicator with excellent relationship-building skills and someone who is comfortable working cross-culturally. Experience with the education sector is desirable. You will have a passion for books and the power of literature to change lives. Location and Compensation This is a full-time (35 hours a week) position working from our Windsor office. The gross annual salary is £30,000-£35,000, depending on experience, and there are 28 days of leave, exclusive of bank holidays. Powered by JazzHR
